RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns at this time. However…

Exchanges or credit notes are granted on items if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. We will not reimburse for return shipping charges, but we will re-ship to you at no cost (in Canada).

Exchanges or credit notes will not be given on items with open or missing packages or tags. Items must be returned in the mint condition that they were received in. We will only ship you products that are in mint condition and the packaging we use will ensure your products arrive intact.

In store, exchanges or credit notes allowed within 14 days on un-worn, un-used items with a receipt and tags/packaging in place. Sale items are final sale.

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items that have gone on sale.

EARRINGS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. When buying jewellery, please know your sensitivities or requirements in advance. We describe metal makeups of the jewellery so that you can make an informed decision prior to purchasing.
